Love the game but having issues

I absolutely love this game. Ive been playing it for about 2 months and had maxed all my boosters and was able to purchased 2 additional levels with all the coins I collected and purchased. About 3 weeks ago I started having major issues getting into the game. I emailed the site and they responded that they would look into it. I didnt her back from them so I decided I would delete and reinstall it. I now have to start over from the beginning. I lost everything that I purchased and still cannot get into the game. I would have given the game 5 stars but now youll have to settle for 1 star. Will gladly give you 5 stars if you can fix my issue and give me back the coins I purchased.
